This message is from: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Several horses have been confirmed to have died of it in NY. There has been at least one in Rhode Island. In CT they have found dead birds testing positive for the disease in over 5 towns. The quick spread is being attibuted to the migration of birds. We are being told to send any birds found dead to a government testing lab...who happens to be so back logged that it takes a month to get the results.
