30 years ago,my 16.3h combined training horse spooked,bucked,slipped and
fell on top of me.I only know this because someone told it to me.I was in a
coma for 3 weeks,I started to become conscious very slowly{still waiting,by
the way} I was paralyzed on my right side and saw double.I did have one of
those "useless" helmets on and we were just trotting! To this day my entire
right side is numb and I still see double.Head injuries aren't all that fun
but they're definitely harder on your family.......and you don't have to be
knocked out to have one.......just a little testimony
from linda{now you understand why I'm a little nutty........the one who not
only sees double but produces double[2 sets of twins]}

> Hmmmm....so, you can't get hurt while just sitting on your horse? I beg to
>differ....had a trail riding buddy (long time "experienced" rider of 15+
