I contacted one of the Miller's dealers in the area and they just said "huh"? But then I called another shop that was more helpful (also from the Millers list) and they were not familiar with them but managed to find it in their catalogue. I didn't want to order it without trying it so in the end I ordered a measurement kit from Thorowgood for $5. Waiting for that to arrive... I was hoping to find some website where I could order them online but with no success. I suggest to try another Miller's dealer and see if they can order it? The catalogue price was $395. Good luck!
