There are cell towers but service will come and go depending on where you are in relation to the mountains. Overall there is good service. Traveling: Figure 21/2-3 hours from Spokane. Or an hour/11/2 from Sandpoint. Just stay north on H95, go through Bonners Ferry, up the big hill and turn right at the 3 mile gas station. (Which is actually only two miles from town) Stay on that road and you'll end up in Libby. Its about 65 miles from Sandpoint to Libby and the roads are nice but not many passing lanes. Have fun!
