Thanks, Jean - nope, I've been on the list for a couple of years. :-) But
I don't drive in the traditional since ... that is, the Hampshire sheep that
I taught to drive a mini cart was very amateurish (hardly professional!) but
Petunia & I had a heck of a good time! (big grin) Same with a mini ox,
Daisy Mae, that I raised. But I've never done traditional "correct" driving
with my ponies -- just doping around, having fun, in the pasture sort of
stuff. So I don't think that counts - that's a big reason why I don't know
the correct harness terms or do-dads (no one ever taught me the "right" way,
I've just been having some fun with my critters.)

I am saving my shuckles up to get my own Fjord someday. In the meantime, am
having a good time making Fjord-ie cartoons on things. :-) I hope this
summer to get my first Fjord. I'm a trail rider, have a Standardbred horse
that my family enjoys on the trails. That's what I want my future fjord to
do - trail ride.

Thanks for explaining "horse brass" to me.
