Storm would also turn away when approached, but I won his heart with treats. He was 6 months old when we brought him home. I buy little dried apple treats from the tack and feed stores and he loves them. If he sees me anywhere at all near his paddock he comes right up to the pagewire and begs. I have him spoiled rotten!
