Part of the problem is the MAILING. Unless we pay first class postage, they
get delivered on this erratic schedule. Mike May is trying to get them
classified as a subscription magazine, but has not been able to do so yet.
The mailing problem has gone on for a very long time. I always get my
Herald well after everyone else. In fact, the year Catherine Lassesen
bought the two gray mares sired by Karibu, I missed purchasing them because
my copy arrived long after Catherine had purchased them off the Herald
advertisement.
Maybe we should send them first class until Mike can get them reclassified.
First Class postage would be almost $2.00 per issue. Postage for the
last issue was $0.47.
I will get the Herald classified as a periodical soon so we can use
the periodical rate.
