Hi all,
This weekend I attended my first CDE! Latigo and I were entered in the
Training Single Pony. A good friend, Joneen was our navigator. After the
Dressage and Cones we were in 2nd place in our division. Our score for
Dressage was 53.09 and 0 for cones. On Sunday during the marathon I was
pleased by the Vet's comments when we came in from section E. He said
that I
had done a wonderful job of conditioning my horse. At the end of the
Marathon we were really surprised-----we were in First place! When the
awards
were handed out we also were given the Best Overall Training award!
This was so much fun and I'm looking forward to doing more of these.
Latigo
worked extremely well and seemed to enjoy the event as much as I did. It
you
love to drive, you can't have more fun than this!!!
