Forwarding inbound faxes to E-mails or from special senders reduce administrative workload and improve productivity. Various finishing features including stapling, punching, booklet creation, reports folding increase your productivity.   Scan to Email * LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) is a protocol used to access a directory listing   Scan to E-mail with Existing Address Book     Scan to E-mail is one of the most popular features of MFP. Users can send their scanned documents to their target E-mails by selecting the destinations from the MFP. Although users find this feature convenient to use, administrators worry that this will increase their workload by manually inputting the E-mail addresses in the operational panel and maintaining an additional address book. LDAP* support can satisfy the administrators’ needs. It allows administrators to utilize existing E-mail address book in their E-mail system to remove the burden to input and maintain a new address book in MFP.             Locked Print     In office environments, it is common for multi-users share one printing device. If users want to print confidential documents, it is difficult to avoid others to view the documents. Locked Print is a function that guarantees all the sensitive information handled securely. By enabling this function, confidential print jobs will only be released after password is entered at the control panel.             Sample Print     To eliminate errors and avoid unnecessary costs when producing multiple sets, you can use the Sample Print function.
