At my company we have a bunch of music in FLAC format. We want to play it using the Windows Media Player, but none of us can get the illiminable DS filters to work. Here are some details.

Illiminable DS filters

http://www.illiminable.com/ogg/
We are using the latest build available on this website, and I have read all the known issues.

My computer has:
Windows XP SP2
Windows Media Player 10
Both are up-to-date

I install the DS filter as per instructions on the web site above.
FLAC (and other Ogg formats) are now associated with WMP. If I try to play FLAC files, the WMP tries to find the codec on the internet and fails. If I look at the WMP options, and go to the plug-ins tab, there is nothing listed under audio codecs. If I try to manually add the ogg filters I get no error message, but nothing gets added.

I get the same result on other WinXP SP2 computers here. I haven't tried it on different OS's.

I don't need to use the illiminable filters - any solution for WMP is fine. I know there are other players, and that is fine for me, but not for some other people.

Thanks,
Tom.
