Surely it would be possible to have something apply the ReplayGain to the WAV after decoding and prior to writing them to CD... but I don't know of anything that does it. That could be a good feature request, but where would it belong? The FLAC decoding library could be enhanced to allow it to spit out adjusted WAVs, if requested. Something along these lines must already be done in order to have the FLACs play with ReplayGain.
