Create a html page with a table, set the table pixel dimensions the exact same as your SWF. Set up the SWF to WMODE = TRANSPARENT. Set the background of the table to a static graphic that is a represenation of the Flash piece. Include a text link in the email that links to a web version of the Xmas card. Users without Flash installed will see the background graphic, users with Flash blocked can click on the link to view a web version of the invite.
