I would suggest trying:
1) <param name="SeamlessTabbing" value="false" />
2)
Give you flash movie an id="somename" in the <object> tag
then in the body tag, put this....
onLoad="flashFocus();"
<script LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
<!--
function flashFocus()
{
somename.focus();
}
//-->
</script>
