Unfortunately yes, it seems so - but not always. I have had it happen
to certain team members here when I create some tool for them, but not to
others when installing the same extension. So far have been unable to figure
out a pattern or reason.

What really gets me is that this got fixed in the 7.2 updater for MX2004 and
then resurfaced in F8. I almost flew out the window and down the block when
I saw the same thing happening in F8. Fortunately my meds were close at
hand.
