From a post from Zeh in the archives (http://chattyfig.figleaf.com/pipermail/flashcoders/2004-July/117628.html),

In elastic's case, extra1 is 'amplitude' and extra2 is 'period'.

(any parameters after the basic 4 apparently have different meanings depending on the type of tween).

Does anyone have a explanation of the parameters used in the class

mx.transitions.easing.Elastic

(t:Number, b:Number, c:Number, d:Number, a:Number, p:Number)

t = Current Timer
b = Initial Value
c = End Value - Initial Value
d = Duration

a = ?
p = ?
