I agree with Nick Weekes' suggestion that any pricing info should include the country. I would also suggest that we break it down a bit further - by region. I recently moved from Connecticut to northern Virginia (Washington DC area) and have found that even within the US the pay scale from one region to another can be significantly different - and so can the cost of living.
