Hey List! I'm trying to find a way to determine the stage coordinates of a character within a dynamically constructed text field (multiline, wrapping, html formated). I've experimented with Erik's TextFieldExtension - but the html formatting & wrapping seem to throw it off. Anyone have another solution? One thought I had was to recolor the field to white, colour the character of interest to non-white, convert to a bitmap object and walk it pixel by pixel. Can't imagine that's going to be very efficient though...
