In Flash API, it has these 3 lines for fscommand: None of the commands described in the table are available in web players. All of the commands are available in stand-alone applications, such as projectors. Only allowscale and exec are available in test-movie players.

This works fine when just playing the swf outside of the browser. However, in Internet Explorer the IE F6 control overrides the flash action.
