I don't see any obvious feedback as you are describing, although in my case there aren't any rollover effects. In trying to figure out what you were describing I figured perhaps you were describing the Flex2 UI, whereas I was using the older UI, so I tried the Flex2 interface. That eliminated the original problem, so I guess everything else it moot at this point.
