The FlashAnts Ice Player, made by a one-man shop in Taiwan wraps around your Flash .swf to push it on top of all apps, making the browser window transparent, so it appears to have the ability to leave your web page. You can click and drag your flash piece outside of the browser, and it's on top of all. It is a third party install though, and the support for the product is horrible (basically, non-existent). But what it does is cool, I haven't found any product comparable. The player is free, but your Webs site server needs a license installed in order to use it legally.
