Sorted it... for the archives - flash DIV needs "position: absolute;" to go over the HTML....

I am using swfObject, and have set so.addParam("wmode", "transparent"); I tried playing with the "z-index:" property in the CSS, to sort the layers accordingly - but have had no luck so far.
