When you say "frame" - you need to think of that differently. A "frame" is not a physical object, but instead an instance of the stage being rendered in time (or something like that :) ) - check for the width and height of an object instance in that frame, like a background movieclip or something. Frames don't have heights and widths that I am aware of.
