You should have advanced experience building web-based applications and networked Flash applications -- i.e. you've got extensive experience jockeying data back and forth from a database to your Flash apps using Flash remoting, XML, etc.. An understanding of how to engineer applications that can withstand a serious beating of traffic is key to success at Heavy. We are looking for either a SENIOR or MID-LEVEL ActionScript developer to join our team. Compensation will be determined according to your experience and skills that you bring to the table.
