How accurate is seek for a NetStream? I am having issues when I tell flash to go to a specific millisecond flash jumps to a different time. At the time I am telling it to seek(0.33) but for some odd reason flash seeks 10. Has anyone experienced similar situations or know if this is a known bug? I have noticed the similar behavior with Video Components and scrubbers, flash wont jump to the exact time a scrubber is aligned to but instead it jumps to the closes time.
