I would guess either busy or overemployed. I see a lot of demand for Flash/Flex developers on the job boards. I think Jason is right about moving into other technology areas, but from what I'm seeing, there's a lot of demand for people with multiple talents. I.e., Flash, PHP, and XML. Or Flex and Java, or JavaScript. It's getting harder to be just a Flash developer---you need multiple skills.
