Hi Tom, When you compile through Flex Builder 2 you just get regular SWF files so you can definitely load those in and do whatever you want with them. I believe Mike Chambers said Flash Player 8.5 will even allow you to load AVM- content in the new virtual machine at runtime so shouldn't be a problem at all.
