I believe this to be a bug though, as the path specified in the
destination attribute is:
$flash/Commands
The Extension Manager should then put the files in the correct
directory no matter what language version.
I suggest you report this as a bug so it can be fixed in a future EM
release:

i've sawn Extension manager create a folder nammed En (english) and put
the command into it
then i've a french version of Flash 8 and the real folder is named Fr
containing Configuration
