Hmmm, can't say I've noticed that.
Only thing that annoys the hell out of me is the 'rebuilding workspace' dialog
each time I hit "CTRL+S".
I tend to hit that after every word or so.
I wasn't really aware of the fact I save my document *that* much... up to now.

I'm using the standalone version by the way. I have both installed (eclipse
plugin and standalone), but use the standalone version
(for no particular reason).
All in all, I'm quite happy with the IDE so far and like it *alot* more than
the sluggish Dreamweaver hack called Flex Builder 1.5.

I've been using the Lab Forums to report bugs/ask questions:
http://labs.macromedia.com/community/

Subject: [Flashcoders] Flexbuilder 2 Alpha IDE problems

I realize its still in Alpha, but has anyone noticed that highlighting
long lines of code in the Flexbuilder 2 IDE is sometimes problematic, as
the highlighting is sometimes delayed behind the cursor for as long as a
few seconds? For example, if I try and click and drag my cursor across
the following line in order to highlight it for a copy/paste:

<mx:PieChart id="pieChart" dataProvider="{panelTitle}"
showDataTips="true">

The highlighting suddenly stops at the "d" in "dataprovider" and then
continues, then stops again a few characters later, then continues, etc.
It seems to be worse when I try and highlight from right to left instead
of left to right. Also, the problem is inconsistent as to what
characters it stops at the next time I try. Eclipse didn't have that
problem as far as I remember. Anyone else experiencing the same? It's
a fairly annoying problem that slows down work.

Also, is there a proper place to report bugs in Flexbuider 2? I
couldn't seem to find a place on labs.macromedia.com - probably just
missed it, or maybe its on macromedia.com
