See... I should have looked at my filters before writing that last post. I had it the exact opposite.
Set your filters to ONLY check the TO field of the e-mail. If you have it check the TO field _and_ the Subject, then it doesn't apply the label because your Sent e-mail does not yet have the "[Flashcoders]" text append to it yet.
