It's black and white; either your're ActionScript only, or you're using the 
components.  If you use Application.mxml as your root, then you are using 
the Flex framework, otherwise, for the time being, your main AS file extends 
MovieClip.

Thanks Jesse that`s what i wanted to get sure of. Is there not even a
workaround to use the framework in as only projects?
