Not sure flashcoders is the place to post asking for reviews - but as you asked..
I'd have preloader for all the apps - at the moment you can see them 'build' on screen - a place holder with a load bar would be a better way to hide the fact the images are still loading in, and reassure the user - yes it has finished loading.
