I only meant that string concats were faster than using a StringBuilder.append()...which is kind of cool I think.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it seems that prefix string support serves for concatenation of strings ( a+=b; ) and StringBuilder would be a class that handles various string operations, so this doesn't necessarily mean that for one to be in order, the other would have to be left out. What I think it means is that both string prefixes and the StringBuilder class will significantly increase string operations in general.
