I have been trying to achieve text warp , with all the technologies and the skillset I possess, but to no success. I tried to achieve the same using displacement filter but to no success. Problem definition: I want the user to add text on stage at runtime and then select from certain built in effects, like bulge down, arc up, arc down and bridge text. Therafter the same text effects should be applicable to the textfield added at runtime added on Stage. I am unable to figure ou how to draw these bridge,bulge text effect in flash for a multiline text field. Please help me out.
