After installing your card and drivers and hooking up the source cable or antenna start a flash movie and right click, choose Settings and navigate to the Camera tab. Your device should be listed as a source. Same with the mic. Some cards have better drivers than others, so you might want to check some reviews before purchasing. You will have to set the input on the card, ie Tuner, S-video in, etc... depending on your card. If you use the tuner you will need to set the channel outside of flash somehow, I use DScaler for this and SplitCam is a useful utility.
