Thanks for the link. It appears that tool accepts pre-encoded FLVs and injects metadata and cue points. Windows-only is a bit of a pain for our production workflow since we encode on Mac, and I'd really like to encode the cue points at the same time as encoding, but it may be a solution if push comes to shove.
