so, here in europe we dont have to concern about all this
softwarpatentshit as it isnt legal here...same happens to the patented
scrollbar and all this stuff what is clearly different to a selfinvented
pharmaceutical invention....to give an example where patents make
sense...one thing is to patent a concrete method, receipe, machine etc
and the other thing is to patent generic stuff as busienss models etc
what just doesnt qualify..otehrwise one would get patented
"houseselling" or "swimming", "bookwriting", "moviemaking", "rias",
"blogs", or , or, or......kind of ridiculous stuff..
