Give this a shot.
So if the structure looks like this:
root
animBotoes_mc (A.swf)
myvar
emptyMovieClipName (B.swf)
>From inside emptyMovieClipName to myvar:
this._parent.myvar
(you have to go up a level)

I have A.swf that have a movieclip instance named "animBotoes_mc" in the
root. Inside this instace i have two things: the variable myvar , and the
empty movieclip that haves the B.swf.
I want to access from B.swf the variable myvar..
