Hi Josh,

   I would convert the WMV video into a common intermediary format, then
encode your FLV from this. Normally I either use my video editor ( Sony Vegas 6 ),
or a Windows utility like AVS Video Converter ( www.avsmedia.com ) to convert
the original video into a common format. I also use my video editor to make edits
and adjustments ( colour, gamma, etc... ) before doing the FLV encoding.
