The .ASP to Excel or Word is not really a question for here - though wouldn't surprise me if someone knew the answer either (I don't mean you were wrong for asking here, but you might find better help on an .ASP list). As for Flash to ASP, you can do that several ways. One of the best ways is using Flash Remoting. Lots of info on that on Macromedia.com and on the web.
