I'm interested in using ffmpeg. Having never used any server-side engines/scripting other than a little ASP, I haven't a clue how ffmpeg gets implented, and their website seems to presume advanced user knowledge. Can anyone steer me to something that explains how to implent ffmpeg? For instance, what kind of server, where does the code sit, what are some typical application scenarios and how were they put together?

thanks,
Marc

It's LGPL licensed. arthur
