s/interesting/self-serving Of course, Mr. Swords would prefer that Microsoft pay Eolas more money. And of course, it's not a specific requirement of the settlement that Microsoft implement a change in browser behavior. They could, instead, license the Eolas patent, or they could continue to violate it, and get sued again later.
