Instead of creating a reference to your flash movie and storing it, I
get it every time.
JS Code:
function getMovie(movieName) {
if (navigator.appName.indexOf("Microsoft") != -1) {

}
Example usage in JS:
getMovie('myMovie').someFunctionInFlash();
