Hi everyone - I'm experiencing a problem loading MXP files in the latest version of Extension Manager and with users who have a non-English version of Flash 8. Specifically, here's what happens.
Say for example a person has a French version of Flash 8 for OS X. They load an MXP into Extension Manager, and it confirms installation. But when you open Flash, the component installed by the MXP isn't there. Turns out Extension Manager creates an "en" directory and installs the extension to the "Components" folder in that directory. So you have to physically move the component from the "en" folder into the correct language folder in order for it to appear in the French version of Flash 8.
