Yea you are very right :). Although i have sort out that problem for time being saying that no one is going to sue % in his name. It was actually a full name or company name so sometimes user can say ABC & XYZ or sometime they can write ABC's company etc.
I was wondering if this is a problem in reality or am i missing something at coding end.
