Does anyone know if there is a way to covert shockwave files into media files that can be viewed using windows media player?

Can they be converted to streaming video files?

If you have the original Director file you can export it as a Quicktime movie - but most Shockwave files are likely to be interactive in which case streaming makes no sense.

But if it's a pure animation, you can do that then convert it to a Windows Media file.
