One feature of the tool is that while you are developing in flash, you can toggle each broadcaster's trace output and an optional parameter to the constructor. If you set it to true, your broadcast messages will appear in the output panel, prefixed by the "channelName: Message...", if you set it to false, it will not trace anything in flash, but you can still catch those messages in the console.
