Hi! I wonder if it's possible to blur different parts of an image? I am quite sure I have seen a Flash 8 example of this..
There seems to be little you can do with the BlurFliter class.. Would it work to combine the BlurFliter with the Matrix class and define which areas in the matrix that should blur more than other?
