Tbh, I didn't know it could even be done in a browser. I know you can do it in an exe, or in a layer with the wmode set, but as a floating browser controlled window is something I've not ever even heard mention of or would have thought possible without some browser plugin or client side activex wizardry, and if it's the latter, I don't think I'd want all the headache with regards to end users etc.
