You should absolutely use a different projector than Screenweaver. Screenweaver has always had FAR worse performance than any other wrapper, especially when it comes to transparency. mProjector is hands down the best performing (and easiest to code against) 3rd party wrapper on the market. If it has all the features you need, you should go with it.
