Sorry for the double post as well. I downloaded the try version of AfterEffects 7.0 and there's native support for Flash swf and flv. But there is no render queue that I can que up a bunch of clips and have it spit out flvs. I'd have to do it one at a time or export the clips to a format that has an alpha channel and convert them to flv. So far it's going to be Aftereffects to Quicktime and then use the Flash encoder to batch convert them.
I was kinda hoping to skip a step.
